Use of the service
QuorumBay provides a lightweight hosted form and rules-based lead qualification workspace. You are responsible for the questions you publish, the data you collect, and the actions you take after reviewing a score.
Scores are guidance
Scores, temperatures, reasons, and suggested actions are transparent operational aids. They are not professional advice and should not be used as the sole basis for decisions about a person’s employment, credit, insurance, housing, healthcare, or legal status.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to collect unlawful data, impersonate another business, abuse or harass people, send unsolicited messages, or attempt to disrupt the service. Keep access credentials private and notify the operator if you believe an account has been compromised.
Early experiment
This is an active experiment. Features may change, and the first release does not include billing, integrations, guaranteed delivery, or a service-level commitment.
